1. Services We Provide
PMtoPM offers:
- Free Content: Articles, interviews, and tips about project management
- Newsletter: Email updates with PM insights and resources
- Digital Products: Downloadable PDF templates for project managers (the “Products”)
2. Digital Product Purchases
2.1 What You’re Buying
When you purchase a Product, you’re buying a digital download (PDF file) for your personal or professional use.
2.2 Licensing
You may:
- Download and save the Product for your personal use
- Print the Product for your own use
- Use the Product in your work as a project manager
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
- Upload the Product to file-sharing sites or public repositories
- Claim the Product as your own work
- Use the Product in ways that violate copyright law
License Type: Single-user license. Each purchase is for one individual user.
2.3 Payment and Pricing
- All prices are in USD
- Prices may change at any time, but won’t affect purchases already made
- Payment is processed securely by Payment Provider
- We accept credit cards
2.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your country. Some payment processors automatically calculate and collect VAT/GST for certain regions.
3. Delivery
3.1 How You Get Your Product
After successful payment:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation
- Download link will be sent to your email within 24 hours
- Download link remains active for 30 days
Important: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email within 20 minutes.
3.2 Technical Requirements
Products are delivered as PDF files. You’ll need:
- Email access to receive the download link
- PDF reader software (free options: Adobe Reader, browser PDF viewer)
- Internet connection to download
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Digital Nature of Products
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once you’ve received access to download the Product.
4.2 Exceptions
We will provide a refund or replacement if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase (we’ll refund the duplicate)
- The file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version
- You never received the download link and we cannot resend it
To request a refund exception: Contact us at info@pmtopm.pro within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
4.3 What’s Not Refundable
- Change of mind after downloading
- “I didn’t use it” or “It wasn’t what I expected”
- Technical issues on your end (incompatible device, lost download link after expiry)
- Accidental purchase (please review carefully before buying)
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on PMtoPM, including Products, articles, interviews, graphics, and branding, is owned by Anastasiya Valnova or used with permission.
5.2 Copyright
Products are protected by copyright law. Your purchase gives you a license to use the Product as described in Section 2.2, but doesn’t transfer ownership.
5.3 Trademarks
PMtoPM and related branding are trademarks of Anastasiya Valnova. You may not use them without permission.

- The website will be error-free or always available
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Our total liability for any claim won’t exceed the amount you paid for the Product
